Your wild Food Festival souvenir.

As part of the programme for the 2023 Scottish Wild Food Festival, we have commissioned a pull-out-and-keep recipe booklet, featuring recipes from the foraging experts, demonstrators and traders who are attending the festival. From wild desserts, to drinks, to everyday meals, this unique collection of recipes will be a handy reference for getting the most out of your wild produce for years to come.

What’s in the booklet?

The booklet features 10 wild-food-forward recipes, edited by award-winning cookbook writer Fliss Freeborn. Each recipe has been tested thoroughly, and is designed to be as accessible and low-faff as possible - the goal is to highlight one wild ingredient each time, rather than impose any limits of cooking using only foraged or wild ingredients, as we know this is impractical for everyday use!

Festival attenders will find the pull out and keep version in their printed programme. This ebooklet version makes a great sustainable souvenir or gift for anyone who cannot make the event but still fancies having a handy booklet of wild Scottish food recipes onhand. This downloadable digital file includes high resolution photos and links to producers’ websites for only £5.

Profits go towards Festival production costs - buying the online copy is a great way of supporting the event and ensuring many Wild Food Festivals to come!

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE THE booklet?

The booklet is being commissioned for the Festival and a download link will be sent to those who have pre ordered by Weds 13th September.

Orders after that date will receive the download link straight away.
